I just wanted to say that Townley knows what they are talking about and provide the BEST service. I have heard so much about Hot Springs Spas and I am very happy with their entire process. It is nice to have a business like this to offer assistance and guidance. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new spa!!

We had a pool at our old house and Townley helped us out tremendously with it. Now we have moved and have a hot tub. We purchased the tub from them. They delivered it, set it up, and showed us how to take care of it. Then we decided to convert it to the salt water system and like that even better. The water has a smoother, cleaner feel to it and there is little maintenance required. This is a great store with very knowledgeable personnel!
